WMU

The WMU at Ringgold Baptist Church is active and striving to work toward the WMU of Virginia’s focus of LIVE IT…TOGETHER. Following the call of Jesus to ministry in His name becomes a joyful experience when we are working together. LIVE IT…TOGETHER means that we don’t have to ‘go it alone’. It means that we depend on each other, support each other, and are resources for each other. “A People Called Ringgold” are certainly WMU partners as we are increasingly depending on each other and supporting each other with generous giving to all our mission offerings throughout the year and overwhelming participation in all WMU church-wide mission ministries.

Under the church-wide umbrella of WMU are mission circles of women and teenage girls who meet monthly for missions study, fellowship, and planning circle mission projects. These circles have ‘open arms’ for any women in the church who would like to become more involved in mission ministries in small group environments.
