Pastor Duane Caldwell
Pastor Duane has been Pastor at Ringgold since October 2014. He is married to his partner in ministry, Dena and they have two sons, Chris and Charlie. They also have 7 grandchildren. Pastor Duane has received a B.S. degree from N.C State University in 1978 and a Master of Divinity Degree from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC in 1993. This is his 4th pastorate since he has been in the pastoral ministry.
Stephane Barts - Minister to Children
Stephanie is a teacher a Kentuck Elementary and is married to Brandon Barts. They have 3 children, Christopher, MacKenzie, and Nolan. They live on a farm with various animals. Stephanie loves working with children. Stephanie joined the staff in 2019.
Brandon Barts - Minister to youth
Brandon was born and raised in the Laurel Grove area and is married to Stephanie, our Minister to Children. The couple have 3 children. Brandon graduated from Dan River High School and Virginia Tech. He is also employed by Pittsylvania County Schools where he teaches electricity at the vocational school. He and Stephanie also own and operate 5 B Farms Brandon joined the staff in 2023.
Dan Wolfe - Minister of Music
Dan has served RBC leading the music since July 0f 2013. Dan is also active playing the trumpet in several ensemble groups.
Ginger Collie - Organist
Ginger has shared her musical gifts at RBC for over 20 years playing the organ, piano, and working with the children's choir as they perform on Sunday mornings and present Christmas plays. Ginger is married to Larry and they have two sons and 4 grandchildren.
Leslie Blair - Pianist
Leslie has served the congregation of RBC since July 29, 2007 by using her amazing musical gift on the piano. Leslie is married to Brandon and they have 3 children. Leslie is also the chorus teacher at Dan River Middle School and Dan River High School.
Cheryl Hogg - Administrative Secretary
Cheryl has worked in the office at RBC since September of 2017. She is married to Ralph and they have two children.
Doug Motley - Lawn Keeper
Doug takes care of keeping the grounds of RBC in excellent condition. Doug is married to Terri and they have 2 sons and 2 granddaughters.
Kevin Barker - Property Maintenance
Kevin uses his knowledge of maintenance to keep the building that Ringgold Baptist Church meets in looking good and in good repair. Kevin is married to Tonya whom he met at Ringgold Baptist when they were both in the youth group as teenagers and he has been serving RBC in this position since 2023.
